Set your preference for the Rich Text Editor toolbar display throughout the system if desired.
On Home, go to Preferences.
From your Home area, select the Preferences tool.
Select the Editor tab.
Select the Editor tab from the Preferences Actions Menu.
Choose desired default preference.
Select the corresponding radio button for desired default preference:
- Auto detected based on browser size displays the Rich Text Editor toolbar depending on your browser screen size.
- Force basic/mobile mode displays an abbreviated Rich Text Editor toolbar with limited features.
- Force full/desktop mode displays all buttons and features available in the Rich Text Editor .
Select Update.
Select Update Preferences button to apply the desired default Rich Text Editor toolbar.
