Create a basic text document for storage and sharing from the Resources tool.
Select Actions, and then select Create Text Document.
- Select the Actionsdropdown menu associated with a folder.
- Select Create Text Document.
Enter document information.
Enter a display name for the text document in the File Name field, and optionally enter information about the text document in the Description field. Choose Finish to complete creation of the text document.
- Enter a title for the text document int he File Name field.
- Add a brief description in the Description field. (Optional)
- Select whether to notify users of this resource by email.
- Select Finish.
