How do I submit a technology innovation request?

To request support from Learning Technologies & Innovation for course design projects or consultation on Qualtrics survey projects, submit the project intake form.

Learning Technologies & Innovation utilizes a tool called Asana to manage these requests. Login to Asana with your LUC Microsoft account or an existing Asana account.

Access the form.

Access the form for your request: Learning Technologies & Innovation Project Requests.

Enter email or authenticate with Microsoft.

  1. Select Microsoft to authenticate with your LUC Microsoft (i.e., Outlook) account.
  2. Alternatively, if you already have an Asana account associated with your Loyola email, you may choose to instead enter your email address ending in @luc.edu in the Email address field. Then, select Verify with email.

Note: You must enter an email addressing ending with @luc.edu, or authenticate with your LUC Microsoft account, to gain access to the form.

Note: The following login steps illustrate the process for Microsoft authentication. If logging in with an existing LUC Asana account, you will instead enter your Asana password.

Enter your email address.

  1. Enter your full LUC email in the email address field.
  2. Select Next to continue signing in.

Complete authentication.

Complete the login process using your preferred Multifactor Authentication (MFA) method. The image above shows a verification code to enter in the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app; you may instead opt to receive a text message or phone call with a six-digit code.

Complete the form.

  1. Enter your name. Note that your email address will populate the form automatically.
  2. Enter the name of your school or department.
  3. Choose the category that most closely matches your project type.
  4. After choosing a project category, additional questions may appear.
  5. Enter a brief description of your request that will help our staff better understand the project parameters.
  6. If there is a required completion date for compliance or legal purposes, select the calendar-picker to choose a date.
  7. Select Submit.

The submission confirmation message appears. To view your project request or to submit an additional project request, select the appropriate button.

After submitting your project request, you will receive a confirmation email like the example shown above. To ask questions or to add details to your project request, reply to the confirmation email. You may also attach files to your email replies.
