If students have submitted assignments via Drop Box, or if there are a great many uploaded files, use Download ZIP to download all files as one attachment.
Go to Drop Box.
Select Drop Box from the Tool Menu of your site.
Select Actions and choose Compress.
- Select the Actions menu for the top-level Drop Box folder.
- Choose Compress to Zip Archive from the drop-down menu.
Select the archive file to download.
A zip archive containing all dropbox submissions will appear in the top-level folder. Select the archive file to download it to your computer.
