Go to Discussions.
Select Discussions from the Tool Menu of your site.
Select Unrecoverable Action: Delete Topic from the More drop-down menu.
Select the More option associated with the topic you wish to delete, then select Unrecoverable Action: Delete Topic.
Confirm deletion.
Choose Unrecoverable Action: Delete Topic to confirm deletion.
