How do I remove a tool from my site?

There are two locations in Site Info where you can remove tools from your site: Manage Tools and Tool Order.

Go to Site Info.

Select Site Info from the site Tool Menu.

Remove a tool using Manage Tools.

Select Manage Tools.

Select Manage Tools from Actions Menu.

Select tools to be removed.

Uncheck checkboxes next to the tool names to remove.

OR select the X icon to the right of a tool in the Selected tools list.

Alternatively, use the Selected tools list to remove tools. Select the X icon (Remove) to the right of a tool to remove it.

Select Continue.

Continue and Cancel buttons

Once you have selected the tools to remove, select the Continue button.

Tools to be removed will be listed at the top of the screen. Tools remaining in the site will be listed below them.

Finish, Back, Cancel buttons

Select Finish to remove selected tools.

Remove a tool using Tool Order.

Select Tool Order.

Select Tool Order from the Actions Menu.

Select to delete the tool.

  1. To the right of a tool to remove, select the wrench icon.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Delete this tool.

A browser prompt to confirm that you want to remove the tool from the site will appear. Select OK to proceed with removal.

Select Save.
