Login and select Membership Management.
Select Mass Subscription.
Choose Subscription Settings.
1. Choose if you want to subscribe members right away or invite them to the email list.
2. Choose if you want to send a welcome message to new subscribers.
3. Choose if you want administrators to receive email notifications of the new subscriptions.
