How do I add a web link or URL?

Create links to web pages in the Resources tool. Links will appear alongside other files and media

Select Resources.

Select Resources.

Select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Select Actions, and then select Add Web Links (URLs).
  1. Select the Actions dropdown menu associated with the folder.
  2. Select Add Web Links (URLs).

Enter the web link information.

  1. Give the web link a title in the Website Name field.
  2. Enter (or paste) the website address (URL) in the Web Address (URL) field. Enter the full address including https://.
  3. Optionally, use the dropdown menu to change the email notification settings for this link.
  4. Select Add Web Links Now.

Note: Select Add Another Web Link to add additional links. (Optional)

Link(s) display in the Resources folder.

The link to the web site displays in the selected Resources folder.
