How do I access and navigate my listserv in Mailman 3?

Login to your listserv page.

Sign in, sign up

Go to https://listservnew.luc.edu/mailman3/ and select "Sign In."

Enter username and password.

Enter your username and password and select the Sign In button. If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot Password? and follow the steps to reset it.

Select your listserv.

Mailing Lists

Select a listserv from the list.

Listserv interface

Use the navigation options on the listserv menu:

  1. Info - The main page for the listserv.
  2. Subscription requests - Manage user requests to subscribe or unsubscribe.
  3. Held messages - Approve or reject held messages.
  4. Users - Manage listserv members, non-members, moderators, and owners.
  5. Templates - Add a new template for a message to list members when a specific action is taken (requests to subscribe, etc).
  6. Settings - Use this section to configure all list settings including List Identify, Automatic Responses, Member Policy, and more.
  7. Mass Operations - Use this feature to bulk subscribe/remove users.
  8. Ban List - To ban users from emailing your list, add their email to this section.
  9. Header Filters - Automatically reject emails with certain headers.
  10. Delete - Delete your listserv
  11. Subscription/Unsubscription - Manage your subscription to the listserv.
