Instructors can add a link to an important file or folder in the Tool Menu, allowing the link to appear as a button in the Tool Menu.
Select Resources.

Select the Resources tool from the site Tool Menu.
Select Actions, and then select Make Web Content Link.

- Select the Actions dropdown menu associated with a file or folder.
- Select Make Web Content Link.
Enter a title, and then select Add.

Enter a title for the link in the Title field, and then Select Add.

A link will appear in the Tool Menu with the web content page title. Selecting the button displays the folder contents.
NOTE: Any contextual descriptions that have been added to the folder or files are displayed on the page.
