How do I manage Listserv Member Policy?

Login and select Settings.

Login to https://listservnew.luc.edu/mailman3/ and select the Settings button.

In the List Indentity section, choose whether to show the list on the main page.

Show list on index page

Select Yes or No to determine if the list will be visible to users on the main page.

Save Changes.

Save changes

Click on the Save changes button.

Select Member Policy.

Modify Subscription and Un-Subscription policy.

Choose from the following options for the list subscription and un-subscription policy:

  • Open: Subscriptions are added automatically
  • Confirm: Subscribers need to confirm the subscription using an email sent to them
  • Moderate: Moderators will have to authorize each subscription manually.
  • Confirm then Moderate: First subscribers have to confirm, then a moderator needs to authorize.

Save Changes.

Save changes

Click on the Save changes button.
