Access the Attendance tool.

Select the Attendance tool from the site Tool menu.
Select Settings.

Drag and drop a status to change the order in which each status appears.
Select, drag, and drop a tile to reorder statuses.
Change a status to active or inactive.
To change a status to inactive, uncheck the box next to its order number. Once unchecked, the tile of the status will turn grey, and that status will no longer appear throughout the Attendance tool.
Save Settings.

Select Save Settings to apply changes.
