How do I permanently delete all messages in a chat room?

Go to Chat Room.

Chat Room button

Select the Chat Room tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Choose Options.

Options button

Select Clear History.

Manage rooms in Options

Select the Clear History option associated with a chat room.

Confirm deletion.

Are you sure you want to permanently delete all messages from this chat room?

Choose Delete to confirm deletion.
