How do I create an HTML page?

Create an HTML page for storage and sharing from the Resources tool.

Select Resources.

Select Resources.

Select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Select Actions, and then select Create HTML Page.

  1. Select the Actions dropdown menu associated with a folder.
  2. Select Create HTML Page.
Use the Rich Text Editor to add text, links, and media.
  1. Enter (or paste) the text content of the document in the Rich Text Editor.  You may also use the Rich Text Editor to add web links and media to the HTML page.
  2. Select Continue.

  1. Enter a title for the HTML page in the File Name field.
  2. Add a description in the Description field. (optional)
  3. Choose whether to notify users of this resource by email.
  4. Select Finish to complete creation of the HTML page.
