How do I navigate the Resources tool?

There are a number of controls and breadcrumbs that determine the display of the Resources tool, making it easier to maneuver within the tool.

Select Resources.

Select Resources.

Select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Folder view.

Select  the name of any subfolder to limit the display to just the contents of that subfolder.

Select the links in the breadcrumb trail to navigate folders.

When a subfolder is opened, a breadcrumb trail allows you to navigate the folders. Select the root folder to return to the Resources display with all subfolders closed.

Expand an individual folder.

Select a subfolder to expand the contents.

Folders containing content will display as a closed folder icon with a white plus sign. Select the closed folder icon (Open this folder) to open the individual folder and display its contents.

To close an opened folder, select the open folder icon (Close this folder).

Expand all folders.

Select Expand All to open or collapse all folders and subfolders.

Select Expand All to display the contents of all folders and subfolders. Select Collapse All to close all folders and subfolders.

Search for resources.

Use the search feature to locate files using search terms:

  1. Select All site files to open the search field.
  2. Enter keywords to locate a specific file.
