How do I change participant roles within a project site?

Note: To complete these steps, you must be assigned a role having the necessary permissions within the site.

Select Site Info from the site Tool Menu.

Select Manage Participants.

Change the role from the dropdown menu in the list of enrolled participants.

  1. Next to the participant whose role to change, select the caret to reveal a dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select the new role.
  2. Select the button Update Participants to save your change.
