The directions below reference the new VoiceThread interface ( legacy interface will be available until Summer 2024). To switch to the new VoiceThread now, follow these steps.
Tip: In order to copy or edit a VoiceThread, the VoiceThread must be one owned by you or set to allow editing by you.
In your VoiceThread homepage, select the VoiceThread to copy.
Hover over the three dots on the bottom right corner of the thread to copy and select copy.
Edit title and comment copying options
1. Enter a new title for the thread copy.
2. Use the dropdown menu to copy all comments, only your comments, or no comments.
3. Select copy
Your copy will appear in your Thread list
Copy in a VoiceThread
Use the menu at the top left
Select the "three dots" next to your profile icon in the top right corner and you will see a menu of options. Select Copy VoiceThread and follow the same steps.

1. Enter a new title for the thread copy.
2. Use the dropdown menu to copy all comments, only your comments, or no comments.
3. Select copy
Success Message
You will see a Success! message. From here, you can choose Close or Go to copy.
