How do I download and install Respondus Lockdown Browser?
Updated onArticleWhen you attempt to take a LockDown Browser required assessment from a standard web browser (i.e., Chrome, Firefox, or Safari), you will be directed to install it on your device. Your instructor may have provided a Practice Exam for you to use to while following this guide.
You will only have to install this software once on your device, and this installation of Respondus LockDown Browser is only for Loyola's Sakai instance.

How do I customize my presence in Conversations?
Updated onArticleIn Conversations, users will have a limited profile that displays alongside posts they create. This includes their Sakai-provided display name and a profile image as it appears in the Sakai Profile tool. You can adjust certain information within the Profile tool, for more information please see Profile tool documentation.
Users with the instructor permission enabled in Sakai will have the role of Instructor displayed next to their name when they answer questions. This allows participants to easily distinguish the Instructor’s Answer, which is also highlighted with a light green background.

How does bookmarking work in Conversations?
Updated onArticleIn Conversations, all users have the ability to bookmark topics they wish to track. Using the Conversations left-hand topics list, users can filter posts to display only those they have bookmarked. This is a separate feature from pinning, which allows instructors to pin individual topics to the top of the Conversations left-hand navigation menu.
