Certification reports are generated in each discrete project or course site. Certification reports contain specific information regarding Certification status and visibility.
Select Certification.
Select Certification from the site Tool Menu.
Select View Report.
From the Certification List, locate a specific certificate and select View Report in the Status Report column.
Select Requirements.
Select the Requirements bar to expand and view the requirements participants must meet to earn the certification.
Select Display Options.
Selecting the Display link will list which participants can view the certification: all participants, unawarded participants, or awarded participants.
- Select the radio button corresponding to the preferred display option of All participants, Unawarded participants only, or Awarded participants only.
- Use the checkbox to select whether or not records will be displayed for those who are no longer site participants.
- Select Apply to save display options.
View participant certification status.
Course participants will be listed at the bottom of the page along with their certification status.
