Community guidelines can help students understand their expected behavior while interacting in the Conversations tool within a course.
Select Conversations.
In the target Sakai site, select Conversations from the Tool Menu.
Select Edit Guidelines.
Select Edit Guidelines to modify the Community Guidelines for the course.
Modify guidelines and select Save.
- Add or edit the guidelines in the text field.
- Then, select Save.
Note: Students will see the Community Guidelines when they initially enter Conversations, and will be unable to participate in the discussions until they select Agree.
