Instructors can use the Web Content tool to link to a folder or a file in Resources. Any changes to the Resources folder or file will be reflected in the Web Content link.
Select Resources.

In the target Sakai site, select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu.
Select Actions and choose Make Web Content Link.

Locate the folder or file to be linked, then:
- Select the Actions dropdown menu.
- Choose Make Web Content Link.
Type a Title and select Add.

- Type a Title for the web content link. This is the title that will appear in the Tool Menu.
- Select Add.
Select the new tool button to access the file or contents of the folder.

Select the new Web Content tool (renamed in the above step) in the Tool Menu to view the file or folder and its contents.
