How do I embed a linked web image in a text box?

Right-click on image from the web and copy image address

Locate the image on the web that you want to embed.

Right-click (PC or Mac) or Ctrl + click (Mac) the image and copy the image link to your computer clipboard (Ctrl + C for PC or Command + C for Mac).

Position the cursor.

Position your cursor where you'd like the image to appear

Position your cursor in the text box at the point you want to embed the web linked image.

Select Insert/Edit image icon.

Select the Insert/Edit image icon from the Rich Text Editor toolbar. This displays the Image Properties dialog box.

Paste the URL.

Paste the URL

Use Ctrl + V for PC or Command + V for Mac to paste the copied link into the URL field.

Modify image properties. (Optional)

Optionally, modify image properties

Adjust the image width and height if needed, add alternative text for screen readers, and choose image alignment.

Select OK.

The embedded linked image will display in the Rich Text Editor.

Select Save.
