How do I create a text document?


Select Resources.

Select Resources

Select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu of your site.

Select Actions, then Choose Create Text Document.

Select Actions, then choose Create Text Document

To the right of the folder in which you want to create the text document:

  1. Select the Actions drop-down menu.
  2. Then, choose Create Text Document.

Enter text, then select Continue.

Enter text and select Continue
  1. Enter (or paste) the text into the text field.
  2. Then, select Continue.

Enter document information.

Enter document info and select Finish
  1. Enter a title for the text document.
  2. Add a brief description in the Description field. (Optional)
  3. Choose whether to notify users of this resource by email.
  4. Select Finish.

Document displays.

Document displays in Resources

The text document will display in the designated Resources folder.
