How do I merge external calendars?


The Merge External Calendar option allows you to subscribe to external calendars such as an institutional calendar, or a web calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) in iCal format.

Note: This feature has some limitations:

  • It does not support all-day events.
  • It only supports events defined with <VEVENT>.
  • It does not support reoccurring events.
  • It does not support events without an end time.

Go to Calendar.

Select the Calendar tool from the Tool Menu in your site.

Select Merge External Calendars.

Enter Calendar information.

On this page, enter a name and URL for the calendar to which you would like to subscribe, and then select the Subscribe button.

View subscribed calendars.

Once you have made all desired changes to your calendar subscriptions, click Save.
